We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not, you may of course return your item under the conditions below:
Under the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, you have the right to return unmarked and undamaged items without providing a reason (right of withdrawal). Tags, labels, and any product packaging must accompany the return in their original condition. Notification of your intention to return must be given as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the item was received.
Please note:
Personalized products – for example, items with a name, date of birth, or other unique embroidery – are exempt from the right of withdrawal as they are custom-made according to your order. Items returned to The Little Story must be unused and in their original packaging.
For returns of non-personalized products, the shipping fee of SEK 69 for domestic shipping or SEK 180 for international EU shipping will not be refunded.
Return shipping is paid by you as the buyer: SEK 69 within Sweden and SEK 180 within the EU.
If you return your entire order, we will refund the full value of the goods, but not the shipping cost or additional fees (e.g., express production or special orders).
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value of the item if it is returned used or damaged.
For approved returns where a refund has been agreed, the amount for the goods will be refunded via Klarna.
Important: If you have an invoice due before we have processed your return, you must pay the invoice in full to avoid reminder fees. You will receive your refund once we have handled the return. If you wish to extend the payment due date, please contact Klarna.

Once we have approved your return via email and provided the return address and instructions:
Pack the item securely and send it to us using trackable shipping.
Save your receipt and tracking number.
If you have received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue! Complaints are handled according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
