We inspect all products before shipping. If the product is still defective or incorrect upon arrival, we will, in accordance with current consumer protection laws, resolve the issue at no cost to you.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.

If we are unable to correct the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
We cover the cost of return shipping for approved claims.
